1. What are the buttons below the practice question for?

The buttons below the practice questions are practice difficulty filters. The difficulty is based on your own personal difficulty level. You can enable or disable difficulty levels. JPDrills will only give you questions at the difficulty levels that you have enabled. Many members use this feature to focus on their most challenging questions so that they can concentrated effort where they need it the most. 2. If I want to report a bug or receive support, what should I do?

If you think JPDrills isn’t working as expected, you can submit a bug report. Please note that bug reports don’t always get a follow-up reply, but our developers monitor them to improve the experience for all learners. For general support, you can visit our Help Center and search the articles for answers to common questions.

4. How does JPDrills know which question to give me?

JPDrills is a spaced-repetition software (SRS) that uses an adapted SuperMemo (Anki) SRS algorithm based on the forgetting curve to maximize your learning in the shortest amount of time possible. If you achieve your daily practice goals, you will maximize your learning in the shortest amount of time.
